I'm pretty sure that if you shop around you'll find a very good life coach that doesn't charge in the thousands. It's really a case of value and as a life coach myself I'm obviously going to say that coaching is worth the money!

However, I can certainly understand and respect anyone who undertakes their own program of change and there are some wonderful books out there that can really help take charge of your busy life and get those things done you're talking about here!

A few of book recommendations which may help:
Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway, Susan Jeffers
Eat that Frog, Brian Tracy
You Can Heal Your Life, Louise L Hay
The Magic of Thinking Big, David J Schwartz

I look forward to your updates!

Kind regards, Dan

as a certified life coach I can understand your concerns on the cost. But I ask what is it truly worth to achieve your goals and live the life you dream of? The coaching process is amazing. Watching my clients go through the journey is the ultimate in satisfaction. ( for both of us ) If you enjoy working with a coach may i suggest aligning yourself with a coach whose rates are more affordable. I work with many client on a barter system. It is a cost effective way to get great services.
